What items can I exchange (return)?

All products fall within the benefit of the EXCHANGE policy with the exception of those considered intimate such as underwear and swimsuits.

What characteristics should the garment(s) that I am returning have?

The item to be returned must be in the exact same condition in which it was sent, without removing labels and must not be cut, tied or glued. The maximum time to request a return is 30 days after having made the purchase. Clothing with the smell of perfumes, essences or lotions will not be accepted; washed or abused garments. Each garment is subject to review and it will be at the discretion of the John Leopard team whether or not to accept the garment for return. In the event that the item is not accepted for exchange (return), the customer will be notified via email and the customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

The amount to be returned will be made once our warehouse has validated the conditions of the garments, this may take between 24 to 72 business hours after receiving, the return will be made with John Leopard credit (virtual card) with a validity of 1 year to be able to use in the store www.johnleopard.com.mx , said credit is obtained automatically to the email registered in the purchase. It is important to check your spam or junk mail folder. If for some reason you did not receive it, you can request a resend by writing toservicioalcliente@johnleopard.com.mx with your purchase number.

Is the money returned in cash?

By system, cash is NOT refunded. All refunds are in John Leopard credit format via Virtual Card sent to the email registered at the time of purchase. By purchasing on the site you implicitly accept that the refund will be exclusively by this means.

What happens if I bought on sale and want to return?

The system detects that your purchase was made during a promotional event and when making the return, the system will calculate the proportional value of your total purchase with that of the garments to be returned to make the refund.

Example in discount percentage : If you bought a garment worth $1,000 and had a 20% discount, you paid $800, so if you return that garment, your John Leopard credit will reflect the amount of $800 unless the garment has been returned in conditions different from those described in the previous example .
